Quality Specialist

  • Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed
  • Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
  • Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
  • Make recommendations for improvement
  • Create training materials and operating manuals
  • Oversee the implementation of SOPs and ensure efficiency of inspection and quality systems/ Verify compliance with the approved SOPs to identify deviations and the need for development.
  • Outline and prepare quality Management policy and procedures and review the departments’ procedures and approve them.
  • Lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.
  • Monitor all operations that affect quality.
  • Assure the reliability and consistency of operations by checking processes and final outcomes.
  • Supervise auditor and quality staff and provide guidance and feedback.
  • Supervise internal audits and follow up on the resulting non-conformities and verify their closure.
  • Report all findings to ensure immediate corrective actions.
  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
  • Review, update and follow up the current QMS standards and policies document system and ensure that staff in all departments have the latest versions.
  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, internal audits and relevant documentation.
  • Ensure all legal and Code of Conduct standards are met.
  • Oversee risk management procedures.
  • Review and suggest quality assurance standards. 
  • Monitor international quality standards and update company's standards accordingly.
  • Participation in the development of training programs in collaboration with the relevant departments for the effective implementation of SOPs and best practices.

Bachelor of Science in Quality Management or equivalent in relevant fields. Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance SpecialistDeep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and regulatory standards toolsProfessional certification, such as Quality Process Analysts, ISO, Process Mapping, Six Sigma, Skills:4 - 6 years of experience in developing and implementing comprehensive QMS with Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role. Excellent computer skills, including database managementExcellent data collection and analysis skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsGood communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, improving product reliability and customer satisfaction ratings.
