- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet production targets.
- Optimize production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor production performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production operators and technicians to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical\ Electrical Engineering. Proven experience in a manufacturing or glass processing environment.Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control principles.Proficiency in using production planning software and MS Office applications.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and leadership abilities.Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
