- Reroute complaints calls to the Customer Support Team.

- Finalize order bookings on the system right after the call.
- Maintain applying Filkhedma’s quality standards.
- Monitor AHT and Hold time and meet their targets.
- Work on weekly outbound sales tasks to increase the order volume.
