For Travel Agency located in Alexandria - Sporting area required
Ticketing agent - Amadeus basic Full time
- answer clients and receive their requests .
- search all availabilities and prices on system , to get best price for client .
- make and issue PNRS .
- use low coast portal to get best pricess.
- make tickets through portal.
- follow up the tickets to make sure that their is no any schedule change or cancel flights .
- prepare daily report to the supervisor.
Graduated Minimum experience 1 year in Amadeus system - basic - holding Amadeus certification .Experience in low cost airlines portals ability to deal with clients and knowing their needs Excellent in English Excellent in using all Microsoft programmers (word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook …….)
