- Control Panel Wiring Diagrams and General Arrangement Drawings.
- Control Loop Diagrams.
- Cause and Effect Diagrams.
- Control systems design: DCS, PLC, RTU, and SCADA.
- Emergency Shutdown (ESD) System Design.
- Fire & Gas (F&G) System Design.
- Pipeline Automation System Design.
- Custody transfer and Storage Terminal Automation System Design.
- Working with I&C design standards, like ISA, IEC, BS, NEC, ANSI, NEMA...etc
- Review & approval of vendor's drawings & documents.
- Preparing I&C systems cost estimation for company proposals.
- Automation EPC projects planning and cost control.
- HAZOP and SIL assessment studies participation.
- Conducting FAT & SATs
- Participation in pre-commissioning, commissioning & start-up.
- Programming: C++, Embedded C, and Assembly
- Embedded systems design: Atmel-AVR-based systems.
- Robotic design hands-on experience.
- Stress analysis & mechanical design.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems design.
- Full knowledge of various manufacturing processes.
- Engineering Software: Matlab, Labview, Autodesk Inventor, and AutoCAD.
