We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Coordinator to join our team at STC (Skills for Technology and Coring). This role involves coordinating training programs, ensuring compliance with international accreditation standards, and supporting the development and execution of training initiatives in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of training coordination, accreditation processes, and industry-specific requirements.

 Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage training programs in compliance with international accreditation standards.Ensure all training courses meet industry requirements, particularly in oil and gas.Liaise with training providers, accreditation bodies, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.Schedule training programs, manage participant enrollment, and track attendance and completion.Prepare and maintain training materials, records, and reports.Assist in the certification and accreditation process for various training programs.Handle communication with trainers, clients, and accreditation organizations.Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements.Ensure training facilities, equipment, and logistics are properly arranged.Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business Administration, or related discipline).Experience: At least 2 years of experience in training coordination, preferably in the oil and gas industry.Basic knowledge of training and accreditation standards (e.g., IWCF, LEEA, API, CSWIP, etc.).Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with different stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience with international training accreditation.Understanding of safety and compliance training in oil and gas.Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
