Job Brief:

Responsible for designing and implementing Umniah’s total rewards programs, monitoring salary structures and benchmark it against the market, calculate and monitor the commission for payroll inputs, and balance staffing needs with cost controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage salary structures and compensation programs
  • Improve recruitment and retention by providing accurate position pricing
  • Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments
  • Forecast budget for salary increases, allowances, commission, staff cost and headcount
  • Ensure equal pay and benefits for employees based on their experience, skills, gender, and performance
  • Calculate and monitor the commission on monthly basis for payroll input
  • Analyze and propose changes on the current commission schemes, allowances, salary increases, and other compensation and benefits programs
  • Benchmark Umniah’s salary scale market positioning on an annual basis
