FIELD TECHNICIAN

DHAS - Lebanon - Beirut

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Field Technician.

Responsibilities:
• Installation of new projects
• Providing after-sales services for clients and resolving technical issues
• Executing maintenance services for clients
• Daily reporting
• Ensuring client satisfaction through proactive measures
• Contacting foreign/local manufacturers when necessary

Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus
• Technical Degree (TS) in the field of electricity, mechanical, or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in E-Mail etiquette
• Team player and hardworking individual
• High level of professionalism with attention to detail
• Proactive approach to customer satisfaction
• Self-development oriented
• Advanced computer skills are a plus
