Sales Manager - Hair & Beauty Field

We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to be responsible for managing the sales team and meeting sales goals in the hair and beauty field.
In order to be successful in this role, the candidate need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb managerial skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Visit clients to: (Solve problems, keep connection, expand sales, check stores, present projects, increase public relations, share targets)
• Build and maintain strong relationship with clients
• Provide induction training for new comers
• Handle sales forecasting and sharing reports and taking decision
• Plan and forecast launches and re-launches
• Create plans to increase sales for the sales department and a plan for each individual
• Set targets for customers
• Control stock level and expiry dates
• Plan distribution process and take corrective actions when needed
• Create agreements and follow up accordingly in the collaboration with the marketing director
• Ensure and control payment delivery terms
• Create and control credit limits for customers
• Set trade offers
• Design market plans to improve the market share of the company
• Manage and coach a team of sales people to achieve sales and profit goals
• Recommend product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Stay aware of the latest changes in marketplace
• Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
• Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products
• Track and monitor competitor’s products and activity
• Listen to and resolve customers' complaints regarding products or services
• Proper weekly forecast to eliminate market returns
• Report competitor activities in the market place
• Open new markets

Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferable in the hair and beauty care
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Good managerial skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
