As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing the cold section of the kitchen (Appetizers, salads, preparation...), ensuring the preparation and cooking of dishes to the highest standards.
Ensuring consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Ideal candidates should have experience 1-3 years in a similar role, possess strong culinary skills, and work efficiently under pressure.
