Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory control, and customer service.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and guests.
Foster a positive work culture and lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
Resolve customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
Coordinate special events and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure menu offerings meet customer preferences and quality standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role (3+ years preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
