Inside Sales Specialist (Tele-marketer)

As an Inside Sales Specialist, specializing in lead generation and event invitations, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and reaching out to prospective decision-makers, nurturing leads, and inviting them to attend our events. Your excellent communication skills will be key in achieving targets and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation

  • Research and identify potential leads within the target audience.
  • Use various sources, including online databases, social media, and market research, to compile lead lists.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure quality prospects.


Outbound Calling

  • Make outbound calls to leads to introduce our company, products/services, and upcoming events.
  • Engage in effective conversations to understand the prospect's needs and pain points.


Event Invitations

  • Create compelling event invitations, highlighting the benefits and value of attending our events.
  • Persuade leads to RSVP and secure their participation in our events.


Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and responses in the CRM system.
  • Continuously update lead profiles with relevant information.

Skills

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or related roles.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • A bilingual speaker (English & Arabic) will be preferred.
  • Holding previous experience of working for EMEA, and APAC regions will be preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and call management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability to changing market trends and priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus.
