Roles & Responsibilities:
- Verify new orders placed by customer in B2B portal and secure that all of them are correct in SAP and Warehouse System.
- Check previous order in warehouse system to secure no replacement/discontinuation happened. Update SAP and B2B Portal if any changes.
- Secure weekly that B2B Master Data (Supersession and Prices) are correct and aligned with SAP.
Skills
Preference:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
- Must have strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Information Technology, Computer Science or Business management
- Business analytics with good knowledge of Excel / Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
