Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies and plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Design interventions to address identified issues and opportunities.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Facilitate workshops and team-building activities to promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Implement performance management systems and processes to enhance employee performance and accountability etc


Skills

  • Proven experience in organizational development, change management, or related fields.
  • Experience in consulting or working with diverse organizations is beneficial. 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose organizational issues and develop effective solutions.
