Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role will focus on creating and managing Google Ads campaigns, social media advertising, social media management, and SEO efforts to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns. Monitor performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Social Media Ads: Create and execute social media advertising strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Track and optimize ad performance.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media content calendars. Create engaging content, respond to audience interactions, and analyze social media metrics.
  • SEO: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and SEO metrics. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members and departments to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
