Office Assistant

Phygrid is seeking a dedicated and reliable Office Assistant and Cleaner to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

What does Phygrid do?

We are creating the market leading Store Digitalization Platform to power the best in-store shopping experiences for customers and empower employees.

We bridge a wide range of IoT devices, AI and machine learning powered cognitive services with touch screens and mobile phones to create solutions that are memorable, easy to use, and delight our customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the office and supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming office areas
  • Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
  • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
  • Greeting clients, keeping spaces tidy, manage meeting rooms, maintaining order, office supplies etc.
  • Organizing and maintaining office common areas
  • Preparing conference rooms for client and staff meetings
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs within the office premises
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
  • Prepare Coffee & Tea
