Responsibilities:


Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
  • Utilize recruitment platforms effectively to attract and engage top talent.


Onboarding/Offboarding:

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Handle offboarding procedures with sensitivity and adherence to company policies.
  • Recruitment Platforms Management:
  • Manage and optimize the usage of recruitment platforms to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process.


Bonuses and Incentives:

  • Support in the administration and management of employee bonuses and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with finance and management teams to ensure accurate and timely distribution of incentives.


Performance Appraisals:

  • Assist in coordinating and supporting performance appraisal processes.
  • Work closely with HR and management to ensure fair and constructive performance evaluations.


HR Management Software Support:

  • Provide support in utilizing HR management software.
  • Assist in data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting within the HR software system.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
