We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Program Coordinator to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about youth empowerment, cultural exchanges, and creating transformative opportunities for students, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:


• Coordinate and manage Levntura’s flagship programs (e.g., Summer Work & Travel, Internship & Trainee Programs, Camp Counselor).

• Serve as the main point of contact between students, partners, and sponsors.

• Monitor program schedules and ensure timely completion of all necessary steps.

• Assist in creating and implementing strategies to promote our cultural exchange and educational programs.

• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, sponsors, and global partners.

• Provide support to students and guide them through the application and visa processes.

• Organize orientation sessions, program briefings, and pre-departure trainings.

• Ensure all documentation and program requirements are completed accurately.

• Track and analyze program performance, ensuring that all goals and KPIs are met.

• Collaborate with the sales team to promote programs and achieve enrollment targets.

• Contribute to content creation for marketing materials and social media platforms.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Education, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.

• 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably within the cultural exchange or Study Abroad sectors.

• Sales experience and ability to engage and convert leads into program participants.

• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Content creation skills and experience managing social media or marketing campaigns is a plus.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is a plus.

• Passion for international education, youth development, and cultural exchange.
