Description


Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales growth and market share for dental consumables.Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust business strategies accordingly.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that align with business objectives.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management.Negotiate and manage contracts with key clients and partners.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.




Profile


Educational degree in Dentistry is a must Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the dental or medical consumables sector.Strong knowledge of the dental industry in the UAE.Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Valid UAE driving license.
