As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of our organization. You will be responsible for driving organizational growth by attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent while upholding ethical standards, promoting diversity and inclusion, and continuously improving recruitment processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including traditional methods and innovative approaches.
  • Evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Skills

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in recruitment across all managerial levels.
  • Proven track record of hiring senior managerial roles and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Post Graduate degree in Human Resources preferred.
  • Expert working knowledge of Excel and good working knowledge of MS Office packages including knowledge of HRMS & ATS.
