Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales and Admin Coordinator to support our sales executives in a fast-paced sports trading company. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and assisting in managing customer inquiries and orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate sales activities such as order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining sales databases.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Support with general office administration and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, engineering or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- UAE Driving License is an added advantage
