Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales and Admin Coordinator to support our sales executives in a fast-paced sports trading company. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and assisting in managing customer inquiries and orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate sales activities such as order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assist in preparing reports and maintaining sales databases.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Support with general office administration and ad hoc tasks as needed.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, engineering or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • UAE Driving License is an added advantage
