Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Dubai market. Develop strategies to attract potential clients and close deals effectively.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the company. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services and how they benefit clients. Provide accurate information and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Documentation: Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentation. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and establish new business connections.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within [industry/sector].
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Driving License: Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Dubai market and local business practices.
  • Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
