Our team is fully remote, and we operate with flexible work hours, allowing employees to manage their own schedules as long as deadlines are met.


Our services are designed to help clients grow and succeed in their industries by offering tailored solutions. Typical projects range from one-time consultations to ongoing support, depending on the client's needs. As a startup, we are fast-paced, and all team members have the opportunity to contribute to multiple aspects of the business. We emphasize strong communication skills, as our clients often rely on clear, professional interactions to understand the value we offer.


You will be working closely with both clients and other team members. English proficiency, especially excellent speaking skills, is crucial for success, as our clients expect a high level of professionalism. New hires will undergo a 3-month probationary period where compensation is solely commission-based, and after that, a salary will be introduced in addition to commissions.


Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, develop strategies to engage them, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Service Promotion: Communicate the value of our consulting services through proposals and discussions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track progress against sales targets, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent English speaking skills are essential for effective client interactions and building trust.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.


Compensation:

For the first 3-month probationary period, the position is commission-based only. After the probationary period, a salary will be introduced alongside continued commissions.
