  • Assessing client’s needs and answering phone calls and emails.
  • Promote the products, services and other solutions of an organization.
  • Monitor the services being provided and stay up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued
  • Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements
  • Respond to any issues that occur during the delivery of services.
  • Consistent follow up of the service offers and communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
  • Offers, certificates and all relevant documents preparation
  • Oversee the service engineers interactions with the customers. 


Skills

  • Education background in any bachelor’s degree.
  • Fresher or 1 to 2 years’ experience in tele marketing or internal sales.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and recording keeping skills.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications, like world, Excel and power point etc.
