Proactively identify new customers and create new business opportunities by approaching them thereby promoting & selling Credit cards & Loans.
· Providing detailed information on features, benefits and terms of the product.
· Negotiate terms & conditions of the deal between bank and the customer.
· Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets assigned by the Management.
· Follow & stay updated with the bank policies thereby ensuring the same from the client.
- · Expand business by nurturing potential customer relationships.
Skills
The ideal candidate should possess minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in Direct Sales in a Bank/DSA.
· Good communication skills, convincing power & a passion for sales.
· Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, in a team as well as independently.
· Qualification - University Degree (Bachelors or Masters)
