Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Sales Consultant to join our client's dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will spearhead the sales efforts for our client's gym equipment business, reaching their target customers in the hospitality / residential sector. driving growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction, and contributing to the company's reputation as a leader in luxury home solutions.
Duties & Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all aspects of client relationships including sales to new / existing clients, establishing and maintaining relationships and customer support.
• Collect, analyze, and report sales data to measure against current goals.
• Promote, market, and sell the product portfolio in the specified strategic sales area. • Daily visits to the local market.
• Gather market intelligence on new, existing, and future projects.
• Gather and collect sales leads.
• Coordinate and execute appropriate follow ups.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and appoint new customers.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and manage the sales cycle to deliver timely quotations and follow ups to complete the sales process.
• Prospect and identify tender opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Attending Team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Skills
• Proven experience as a Sales Closer in the B2B segment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in the hospitality or residential industry is a plus.
• 5 years’ experience in B2B Sales
