We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive who is fluent in Russian and English . The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and increasing sales revenue through upselling and cross-selling of our travel packages.



Skills

Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality and tourism industry

* Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets

* Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients

* Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers

* Manage sales pipelines and track progress against targets

* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in sales in the hospitality or tourism industry

Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
