Key responsibilities:

  1. Process documentation and standardization
  • Model and document current business processes to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.
  • Standardize business processes to create uniform procedures that can be applied across the organization.
  1. Process analysis
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Regularly review processes to ensure they are aligned with business goals and support overall efficiency.
  1. Process optimization
  • Identify inefficiencies within current processes and propose enhancements that align with the company's broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement process improvements that drive both efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support and drive process automation initiatives to reduce manual workloads and increase operational efficiency.
  1. Training of employees
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, materials, and presentations to equip business process stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure that employees are fully informed about new or updated processes and are capable of implementing them effectively.
  • Continuously assess the training needs of employees and update training programs as needed.
  1. Collaboration in IT development

·       Draft technical tasks for development and participate in the testing of the own in-house IT platform to ensure alignment with business process requirements.

Skills

Required qualifications:

Education

·       A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Quality Management or a related field is mandatory.

Experience

  • Proven experience in documenting, standardizing, and optimizing business processes.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation and developing training materials.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Ability to collaborate with various employees across departments.

Language

·       Proficiency in English at an Advanced (С1) level or higher.
