Sales Area Manager/ Sales Executive

  • Responsible for sales activities and achievement of sales targets for the paper products which include all paper grades i.e Art Paper & Board, FBB, Kraft Paper, Packaging Boards and various other specialty grades.
  • Develop good customer base to grow the paper business; manage the relationship with key customers and offering them solution in term of best quality at right price.
  • Adhere to sales policies, standards & procedures to ensure quantity, quality & cost effectiveness.
  • Establish and achieve the sales targets in assigned territories/key international markets; manage, motivate and develop channel partners/distributors.

Skills

  • Bachelor degree, MBA preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years sales experience in the paper or paperboard industry.
  • Professional with hand on experience of working in Paper Trading companies will be given preference.
  • Proven track record in Sales of paper products.
  • Familiar with international trading terms and best practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English communication, Spanish speaking will be needed for Latin America market.
  • Able to travel to remote site operations and sales locations as required.
