About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, drive sales opportunities, and ensure our products meet market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients to introduce company products and encourage sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close sales deals, including contract management.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of company products and earn relevant certifications as required.
- Provide feedback to the Product Manager on potential product improvements to meet evolving market needs.
- Research competitors' products to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- 1 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT solutions sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
