About the role

Bloom Holding is seeking a Contact Center Agent to provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering solutions through inbound and outbound calls, while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures


Some specific responsibilities for this position:

  • Conduct lead tracking by accurately logging all interested customers into the system, capturing relevant details across various channels (inbound, outbound, emails, online forms).
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s projects, services, and policies.
  • Stay informed about new projects, services, and any changes in company processes to provide up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Follow call scripts and guidelines while adapting to meet unique customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.


Requisite Qualification, Education, and experience

To be successful in this role, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, with at least 1 year of experience in a contact center, customer service, call center, or data entry, preferably within the real estate, hospitality, or communications sectors. Prior experience in a sales role and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred. Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal communication skills, is essential. Previous experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
