Project Manager - Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS)

1.     Project Requirement Analysis:

§ Collaborate with initiative owners to gather and understand project requirements and expectations.

§ Ensure that all project objectives align with Client eCSM initiative strategy.

2.     Implementation Process Alignment:

o Align project implementation processes with the overall strategy of Aldar’s enterprise content management initiative.

o Ensure that all project activities support the initiative’s goals.

3.     Service Provider Management:

o Act as the primary point of contact between Aldar and the service provider.

o Monitor service provider performance, ensuring compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.

4.     Stakeholder Communication:

o Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure requirements are identified clearly.

o Keep stakeholders informed about project status, changes, and issues.

o Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization to ensure transparency.

o Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder buy-in and to gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

5.     Project Planning and Oversight:

o Oversee the development and execution of the project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

o Coordinate with internal departments to ensure readiness for implementation.

o Coordinate with Solution Implementation Partner to ensure Milestones achieved within the plan

6.     Quality Assurance:

o Ensure that all deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards and project requirements.

o Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to inform improvements.

7.     Risk Management:

o Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation strategies.

o Maintain a proactive approach to risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

8.     Budget Management:

o Manage the project budget, monitoring expenditures to ensure the project remains within financial constraints.

o Prepare budget reports and justify variances as needed.

9.     Change Management:

o Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring that proper change control processes are followed.

o Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.

10. Training and Support:

o Ensure adequate training and support are provided to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of the ECMS.

o Coordinate with the service provider to resolve any post-implementation issues.

11. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

o Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates and detailed reports to the eCMS Technical Steering Committee, PMO, and initiative owner.

o Use performance metrics to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

Skills

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in end-to-end ECMS implementation.

· Strong consulting background with a proven track record in managing client relationships.

· Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively.

· Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from initiation to completion while managing multiple priorities.

· Proven experience in risk assessment and management, budgeting, and change control processes.
