Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Architect with 5-12 years of practice who is not only creative but also possesses strong technical skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in architectural design, project management, and a passion for turning visionary ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative architectural designs that meet client needs and project specifications.

- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members throughout all phases of the project.

- Create detailed drawings and models using CAD programs and other design software.

- Prepare presentations and visualizations using Adobe editing programs.

- Utilize 3D modeling software to enhance project development (experience in 3D modeling is a significant plus).

- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.

- 5-12 years of professional architectural experience.

- Proficiency in CAD programs (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong knowledge of Office 360 tools.

- Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max) is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
