Position - Fleet Operation Executive

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet.
- Ensure timely maintenance and repair of all fleet vehicles.
- Monitor fleet performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Manage driver schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of fleet operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business operations.
Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in JAFZA / Jabel Ali is mandatory
- Previous experience in fleet management or a similar role.
- Strong with preparing reports
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
