  • Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders in Sharjah & Dubai to stay informed about new projects and opportunities.

Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in Sharjah/Dubai, with a track record of successfully closed deals, particularly in off-plan projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially in off-plan developments.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
