Role Overview
The Sales & Telemarketing Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand presence. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products/services, setting up appointments, and supporting other sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Develop and deliver compelling product pitches to promote brand awareness and generate interest.
- Assist in executing product branding strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- Support in creating and distributing marketing materials, including emails and brochures.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to answer customer queries effectively.
- Track and report on sales and marketing metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities.
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, or exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A persuasive and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in product branding or marketing is a plus.
