Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Devoteam, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent. You will work closely with our hiring managers and HR team to ensure that we have the right people in the right roles to drive the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and source high-caliber technical candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Administer technical assessments and evaluate candidates' skills and competencies, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing our employer brand by crafting compelling job descriptions and promoting our company culture.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide timely feedback and insights to improve the selection process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 Years of Experience in recruitment.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on technical roles within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and the ability to assess candidates' technical proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
