Job Location: Aqaba, Jordan
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage all Human Resources functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, job descriptions, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, and the governance of HR processes and policies. Ensure all activities align with local labor laws and international best practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and govern HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and company standards.
- Oversee staffing and recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet organizational needs.
- Ensure efficient onboarding and orientation of new employees, including designing and delivering induction programs.
- Manage and update job descriptions to align with organizational needs and responsibilities.
- Drive the enhancement and automation of HR systems and procedures.
- Act as a strategic partner to resolve employee relations issues and provide solutions to organizational and people-related challenges.
- Collaborate with the finance department on payroll, compensation, and benefits matters to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead performance management processes, including periodic evaluations and identifying training and development needs.
- Develop and update official HR forms and documentation in alignment with company procedures.
- Prepare and revise HR documents, including employment contracts, official letters, and other organizational communications.
- Maintain and manage employee records, files, and HR reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR management systems.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
