Job Description

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance, safety, and functionality of the organization's physical environment. This role involves ensuring that all facilities meet safety standards, are efficient, and provide a conducive working environment for all employees..

Facility Maintenance

• Manage the maintenance and repair of all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building structures.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure the proper functioning of facilities.

Space Management

• Plan and allocate space efficiently, optimizing workspace for current and future needs.
• Oversee the layout and design of office spaces, ensuring they align with organizational goals and employee needs.

Vendor Management

• Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues related to service delivery.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and lead the facilities management team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage teamwork among staff.

Candidate must have Manufacturing / Industrial Experience. Residential/commercial experience will not be considered
