Junior Developer

We are looking for a Junior Developer to build and implement functional programs. You will work with other developers throughout the software development life cycle. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. If you also have experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding languages (e.g. JavaScript), we would like to meet you. Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the development team to design algorithms and flowcharts.
  • Produce clean, and efficient code based on specifications.
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs.
  • Verify and deploy programs and systems.
  • API/Web Service Programming Knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a developer studio.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
  • Knowing Database/PL/SQL.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback.
  • Recommend and execute improvements.
  • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Software Developer, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript, ASP .NET, ASP Core MVC, VB.NET) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git).
  • Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
  • Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Server OS, Apache, and IIS.
  • Knowledge of Robotics automation is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
  • When working under pressure, a quick response is highly preferred.
  • Attention to detail.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Over two years of experience in the same role. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, or a related field.
