Position: Digital and Social Media Marketing Officer


Job Objective

The purpose of this role is to develop and implement digital marketing strategies and manage the company’s social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement with the target audience, and achieve specific marketing objectives. This role contributes to achieving the company’s goals by delivering high-quality digital marketing services, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and activate the company’s and clients’ social media platforms, including content planning, content creation, and scheduling posts.
  2. Create creative and engaging content, including text, images, and short videos such as Reels and Stories.
  3. Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  4. Monitor and analyze the performance of accounts and campaigns, preparing monthly and campaign-specific reports.
  5. Interact with the target audience, responding to comments and messages to enhance engagement and participation.
  6. Cover marketing events and activities, including photography and videography.
  7. Contribute to building and attracting a network of talents and freelancers in the fields of digital marketing and social media.
  8. Assist in developing annual and monthly digital marketing plans and ensure their effective implementation.
  9. Efficiently manage budgets allocated for advertising campaigns.
  10. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and social media and apply them to enhance performance.


Required Qualifications

  • Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, Production, or any related field.
  • Work Experience:
  • 3-5 years of practical experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, with total annual budgets of no less than $12,000.
  • Proven experience managing at least five active and successful social media accounts.
  • Portfolio showcasing successes in content management and campaigns.


Core Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Creative skills in video production and editing using tools like CapCut.
  • Ability to develop digital marketing strategies and content plans.
  • Strong data analysis and campaign performance measurement skills.
  • Effective communication skills and collaboration with internal and external teams.
