Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Property Consultants at Casabella PB LLC in Dubai, UAE. The role involves assisting clients with property sales, purchases, leasing, and real estate investments. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to clients

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and collective sales goals.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the project’s objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with clients, brokers, and international buyers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to enhance sales performance.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.
- Event Representation: Represent the project at launch events, exhibitions, and client meetings in Dubai etc.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE real estate laws and regulations, including freehold property guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support sales activities and achieve project goals.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business,
- Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in real estate sales, including team management and achieving sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strategic planning and execution expertise.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws and property market.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with sustainable real estate practices is a plus.
- Experience working with international and local buyer markets is desirable.
