JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Properly checking stock and informing the purchasing team to order the shortage of materials
2. Planning the Material Delivery to the site and to customers.
3. Arrange the material delivery as per the Sales Team Delivery report.
4. Coordinate with the Store in charge of material delivery.
5. Involving in Import and Export.
6. Coordinate with the Customs Clearance department for the upcoming materials.
7. Communicating with customers regarding the material delivery.
8. Preparing Tax invoices and delivery Orders in the system.
9. Preparing the Monthly and yearly reports.
10. Maintaining the proper stock in the system and physical.
