1. Preparation of Single Line Diagrams and Shop Drawings for the residential, commercial Buildings and Villa’s in a cost-efficient method.
2. Preparation of the drawings for VRF/VRV, DX Systems, Package AC Systems, FAHU, MAHU & Other HVAC Systems.
3. Application and selection of air terminal devices such as variable air volume boxes, grilles and diffusers, and louvers.
4. Calculation of the HAP & ESP.
5. Fresh Air & Ventilation Calculation.
6. Interfacing and working with clients, Contractors, Consultants in a professional manner to achieve project goals.
7. Arranging of Power Factor Letter.
8. Preparation of Warranty letter, Commissioning report & Handing over Documents.
9. Taking Approvals for Drawing & variation letter.
10. Preparation of Material submittals.
