2- Oversee maintenance crews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
3- Monitor plant health, irrigation systems, and overall landscape aesthetics.
4- Collaborate with vendors for materials and equipment procurement.
5- Maintain accurate records, budgets, and project reports.
6- Prepare budget costs and profit projections.
7- Coordinate with facility management and owners' associations to ensure satisfaction.
8- Hire and manage a proficient team to achieve set targets.
9- Understand plant material, soil types, irrigation systems, pest control, and landscape construction methods.
10- Prepare drawings or graphic representations of proposed projects and discuss them with clients and suppliers.
11- Analyze data concerning drainage, structural locations, and environmental impacts of a project.
12- Use his individual judgment and knowledge of landscape principles to determine if all work complies with local standards and regulations.
