Front Desk Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Front Desk Coordinator with a dynamic and friendly personality to join our team, and provide exceptional customer and administrative support to our beauty studio (Location: Jumeirah Village Circle).
Your primary responsibility will be to offer top-notch customer service to our clients and efficiently manage bookings and appointments.

What we need in order for you to be eligible for this job:

• Minimum of 1+ years living in Dubai
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of proven administrative experience, working in an office environment
(Experience in a beauty parlour or hotel front desk with ability to manage appointments and bookings can be a good substitute for the office experience)
• High English level and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong computer literacy
• High organizational skills, efficient in time-management, multi-tasking and working under pressure
• Positive attitude, presentable and proven ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work from 9am to 6pm, flexible with work timings
• Willing to commute or move to Jumeirah Village Circle
• As a bonus, we would highly value candidates who have any experience in Sales/Marketing and who are resourceful and active in using social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook)

Responsibilities:

• Managing schedules, securing appointments and bookings for clients
• Answering inquiries and messages via emails, calls & social media
• Providing prime customer service by welcoming, greeting, accommodating clients and attending to their needs
• Assisting in sales & marketing (being up to date on promotions, new products and services)
• Processing payments and transactions
• Ensuring that the space is well-maintained and organized
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation
• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, updating records & databases, and logging transactions (daily & monthly sales and stocks report)
• Handling deliveries and inventories
