Liven Realty Real Estate LLC, a newly established real estate company, is seeking a motivated and skilled Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about real estate, have a proven track record of success in property sales, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:

- Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and renters, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
- Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and industry regulations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of local property market trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
