The Store Manager will be taking care of the various aspects of the Store as detailed below. He will be the focal point b/w the team, the Mall and the Head Office, and will report to the Director of Sales

Responsibilities

Prepares the Staff schedule and makes sure of staff adherence to timelines
Responsible to make sure daily Sales (cash and credit) reporting is correct.
Makes sure Staff achieves weekly and monthly Targets.
Daily and weekly stock count and in charge of all variances
Communicating with Mall and HO regarding customer complaints and concerns.
Providing honest and positive feedback to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers’ expectations.
Abides by and adheres to all applicable company policies and procedures
In charge of the Visual merchandising and the Product Displays
Coordinates with warehouse the Stock to be ordered and received.


Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in sales in the Retail Industry, ideally in cosmetics in same role
Target oriented, understanding that the role depends on achieving set Sales targets
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts, as dictated by the needs of the business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service or retail experiences a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions.
