Job Description:
- Meet with clients to understand their property needs, provide advice on market conditions, property values and trends and guide them through the real estate process from search to closing.
- List properties for sale or rent, ensuring accurate details, and conduct property showings while highlighting key features. Develop marketing strategies including digital advertising and open houses.
- Assist clients with competitive offers, negotiate terms of sale and facilitate communication between buyers, sellers and other parties. Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay informed on local market trends and pricing, analyze comparable properties, build long-term client relationships and offer exceptional customer service and post-sale support.

Qualifications:
- 45 years old and below
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience with strong knowledge of the local real estate market, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively serve clients
- Proficient in real estate tools and software with strong organizational and time-management abilities and familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
