We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic landscaping maintenance team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee landscaping maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed project proposals, including cost estimates and resource requirements.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project success.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

- Prepare and present progress reports, project documentation, and final project evaluations to stakeholders.

- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

- Coordinate with landscape architects and designers to ensure project specifications are met and executed accurately.

- Provide technical support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in landscaping maintenance to enhance project outcomes.

Skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in landscaping maintenance industry

- Strong understanding of landscaping design principles, horticulture, and environmental sustainability.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

- Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and best practices in landscaping maintenance.

- Fluency in English; preferably an European National
